i went 3500 calories over my goal
Why is this a success story, you ask? because i logged every last bite i took that day, which I have never managed to do before. Also, who knew a 5'6 19 year old girl like me could eat almost 5000 calories? go me! (not promoting doing this on a normal basis though) - back on track tomorrow, gotta love religious holidays :)

Weight gain if I eat over 1200 calories
Hi all! I've noticed that in my past year or so of dieting, whenever I eat over 1200 calories, I gain weight. Meanwhile, I read on here that people are losing weight eating 1800-2000 calories. Fasting...weigh loss or gain?
so, I am a Muslim girl, and righht now it is the month of Ramadan. For anyone that doesnt know, Ramadan is when muslims fast from sunrise to sunset for an entire month. Anyways, this Ramadan, I've noticed that instead of losing weight, I appear to have gained some! Can anyone explain this?
