Breakfast

Hi everyone,

I was wondering, what do you all do when you overeat at breakfast time? I had a larger than average breakfast today and want to be able to eat normally for the rest of the day :/

    well, if you had a large breakfast you probably wont need as big a lunch anyway?

    other than eating a bit less to balance out your cals, just work out, so you have more calories!

    If you want to eat "normally" for the rest of the day, go ahead. Just exercise harder and for a longer duration to burn off the excess calories you had for breakfast. If you can't find the time to exercise more, no big deal. One meal is not going to totally disrupt your weight loss progress. Realize that you ate too much and move on with your day.
