I always eat late at night. I just save calories for it. Usually 200 - 400. The foods you eat at night can make a difference too. I aim for high volume foods, like popcorn...or high protein foods like tuna, deli meat, yogurt, cottage cheese, etc.

No dressing? Salads are horrible without dressing imo. A good dressing (doesn't have to be high cal) can turn a salad from a miserable lunch to one you actually enjoy eating.
