I feel the same way. Especially if I go over my calorie (like today). It's addicting to work out at first, then it becomes habit, then obsession in a way.

I kinda get where you're coming from. Sort of like extreme boot camp where it's yes sir, no sir. I had a trainer who was like that and loved it! I was the fittest I had ever been in my entire life. She was evil, but it worked like a charm. And if I complained, lord it was sheer hell!
