I actually just changed my diary settings back to private, but thank you for checking. I am insulin resistant, and I take Metformin for that. I should have mentioned that sooner. I appreciate all the replies, I think I have several ideas on how to refocus.

What I mean is, I've never seen any medical text recommend finding a TDEE and going from that. Any medical text I've read just says 'burn more than you eat', and most don't even get that specific.
