I go to the grocery store to find my food. How do you find it?

I hear it's all the buzz these days. I purposely go into it. It's easy I just don't eat breakfast then by dinner, bam I'm in starvation mode and I don't even need to eat for 3 weeks because my body keeps all the fat! It's the best!

I too had this problem and still do quite a bit, It burned down my legs so bad I ultimately had to get surgery on my lower back for 3 discs. I went from a 10/10 pain to 5/10 and yes I can't do bent-over rows or deadlifts but I still do squats, bench, jogging, biking, dumbbell exercises and pushups. The only thing that…

This is quackery at best. In 3 weeks eating 200 cals more a day you'd have eaten an excess of 4200 calories in 3 weeks which only equates to 1.2 lbs gained if in a surplus.
