Few times a week when I need more calories, usually just by itself.

You need to do a lot of research, this post makes me facepalm.
-
Lose.
-
It's not that they are bad, it's the people claiming that a good diet is to ONLY eat bananas for 30 days or some thing like that. Moderation.
-
Are you serious
-
I just crack 3 in a bowl, mix em up. Full power for 2 mins and enjoy them with hot sauce.
-
lol no
-
Eat more, I'm 6'1 190 and eat 2000 cals a day and still lose. Don't hurt your body netting 700 cals.
-
good job
-
Sure why not, it's not the healthiest source of protein and it won't fill you up but it's an option.
-
The 'I'm eating 500-1200 cal a day' range folks who say they can't lose weight make me facepalm pretty hard. Losing weight has been just about as easy as gaining it. Weigh your food and eat in a calorie deficit = weight loss.

94 pounds down and not 1 plateau.
-
This is the answer to 99% of the questions on here. I've never hit a plateau.
-
Yes, eat anything you want as long as you're in a calorie deficit you will lose.
-
Make it fit in your calories for the day and there's no problem.
-
So you ate 11,500 calories over maintenace? Ya right, also stop hi jacking threads. To the OP, are you weighing and measuring your food? It's a simple equation if you're eating more or the same amount of calories that you burn throughout the day you will gain or maintain weight, if you eat less calories than you burn in…
-
The same things from 8am to 10pm. How does time change anything.
-
Are you weighing your food and measuring your liquids? Every single thing that passes your lips? If no you're eating too much.
-
It's all trial and error and what's more important is just being in a calorie deficit.
-
Personally I log it cooked. Just look for the meat in the database as cooked.
-
Clearly yes. lol
-
I'd suggest not depriving yourself of anything you enjoy. The key is moderation and staying at a calorie deficit.
-
Eat at least 50% of them back as calorie burns are at best an estimate.
-
Than how would this hinder you, just make it fit in your calories for the day.
-
lol
-
Calorie deficit.
-
No it doesn't. To the op if the shake is putting you over your calorie budget and not in a deficit you will not lose. Simple as that.
-
eat less

They are very good to be honest but the price is a little high indeed.
