The truth!
-
Weight loss is a myth and magic to most people.
-
You eat too much
-
So calling someone anorexic (which is socially acceptable for some reason) is better or more allowed then calling someone who is obese a fatty. Nope.
-
Eat 2500 calories a day. It's that simple. You want to lose more than 2 lbs a week.
-
Get a food scale from walmart, weigh and measure everything and log it staying within your calorie budget. And you can afford to lose more then 2 pounds a week. It is that simple.

Someone being honest on the Internet?? Quick flame her! I support this article and the author.

Like people have said, I'd consider going on a bulk. 300-500 cals over maintenance and add more protein at least 1g per pound, Do that with a good starting strength routine like all pros or strong lifts and you'll gain muscle. You need to be in a calorie surplus. The best protein for cheap is going to be whey powder, meat…
-
Simple, You are eating too much.
-
Checking your diary you just quick add every thing. What was your protein intake during your cut? You can't gain muscle while cutting and only maintain your strength if you kept you protein up. Are you doing a routine or just randomly lifting things?
-
If you're not losing at 1200 why would you lose at 1500. That's even assuming you're logging correctly at 1200 now going up to 1500. Could in actuality be 1700.
-
You have like no muscle dude. Time to bulk and lift weights. You are under weight as it is, don't lose anymore. Here's your pics.
-
Protein shake. Chicken breast. Tuna.
-
If you're lifting heavy weights you need to rest in between sets.
-
IIFYM is the way to go! Eating that way makes you eat reasonably healthy because you want to hit those macros.
-
You're doing it right, don't worry about it. Your weight loss will slow down eventually but don't give up. It took you a long time to put it on and it will take some time to lose it.

Those numbers are just an estimate or an average based on an average person at best, it's different for everybody but those numbers are a good start.
-
Portion size was the culprit for me. I don't eat much different but I do eat a lot less.

People lie.

Lose*
-
Good job man!
-
lol true dat
-
Daily, weekly, monthly. I'd suggest not multiple times a day though.
-
Oh, I guess I'll regain my 100 lbs and try your way. eating 'healthy' is subjective
-
I went from 285 to 185 6'1 I still think I'm fat most days, when camping I was worried if I was going to break the foldy camping chairs like I used to lol. It's hard to even notice the difference in the mirror because I saw myself every day but looking at before pics there's a definite difference.
-
When people on my list don't log for 5-7 days they get the axe.
-
In because everyone else is doing it!
-
I rarely eat hamburger or pork these days, it's mostly chicken breast, No chips/chocolate bars/soda Other than that basically the same diet.
-
Try searching next time, There are literally pages and pages on this subject.
-
Do something like this, give yourself 5 or so lbs + or - and adjust accordingly when your weight changes
