150 calories is a lot for just gum I'd 100% log that. I rarely have gum and the calories range from 3-5 so no I don't log it.

LOL no but I have developed more strength and stamina with my gmo filled diet. Weird right.

I only eat GMO foods, never been healthier. Come at me.

I'd focus on lifting weights rather then losing more weight.

I log as I'm preparing whatever I'm about to eat, It helps to log what you ate exactly so you don't forget and than you aren't very accurate.

There are no bad foods, don't deprive yourself of your favorite foods because that will lead to binges and self sabotage. Instead eat in moderation, balance your macros and stay within your calorie budget.

Cheese has lots of cals but it's the perfect food when you need fat + protein and no carbs. Sometimes when something is higher in calories I end up asking myself is this worth the calories.

Yes I do this and it's like a reward system sort of. I'll go biking for an hour and then I can eat extra calories without feeling guilty or worse gaining weight.
