If you're not losing you're eating too much, there's no such thing as eating too little and not losing weight. You aren't a special snowflake defying laws of physics.

To lose weight, all that matters is calories. To be healthy and lose weight you want a balanced diet.

I assume you are here to lose weight yes? You didn't get overweight eating 700-1200 calories, how is this so hard. Eat more calorie dense food. Peanut butter, nuts, avocado, cheese.

I do this, also I'll throw in some frozen berries than cook it up and add a hefty amount of cinnamon, some raw unsalted pumpkin/sun flower seeds, walnuts and half a cup of unsweetened almond milk!
