Yes, definitely log your food. If not the day of the migraine, log the day after. This way after a while you'll be able to find out if you have any food triggers. I get migraines with aura a few times a year, very few and far between. But with logging, I have found that raisins, peanuts, peanut butter and artificial…

Definitely get your iron levels tested first. I believe it can be dangerous otherwise. A cheap and easy way would be to donate blood. They will test you prior to drawing and if it's low they won't let you donate.

If you can "strength train" every day, you are doing it wrong and it's not challenging enough. Full body routines like strong lifts should only be done 3 days a week. Your body will use the days off to repair the muscles. If you are doing other strength training on your off days it can't repair the muscles and you're…

Eating 250 a day over maintenance will minimize fat gains, but will also minimize muscle gains. Eating 500 over maintence will maximize both fat and muscle gains It all comes down to the amount fat you are comfortable with gaining.

I could not take Maxalt during a migraine. I always felt like there was an elephant sitting on my chest. I don't think there was an…

I've taken it for almost 20 years for migraines and high blood pressure. It slows your heart rate and keeps it steady, I'm not sure why you felt like your chest was going to explode. Maybe your dosage needs to be adjusted.

I've been to a chiropractor for neck pain. It was very frustrating when they tried to rope me into a year of visits for a crazy amount. I decided just to go on my terms, a couple times a week, then once a week. When the pain went away I quit going, seems like it was 15 visits or so. If the pain returns I will go back but…

I have been on propranolol for 20 years. Initially to control migraines and now for high blood pressure too. It will slow your metabolism. That being said it had not caused me any weight gain. I've been roughly the same weight give or take 10 lbs for the past 20 years, minus pregnancies of course. And I was able to lose…

It might be the milk, switch it to coconut or almond milk. See if that helps.
