Fruit, laughing cow light cheese, corn tortillas (to make tortilla chips in the oven), almond milk (I use it in smoothies), nuts, cherry tomatoes, snap peas, 100 cal popcorn.... those are my usuals

Great job! About 6 weeks ago I posted on here "I can run". It was only 5 minutes, but I was so excited... now I can run 30 min without stopping. Yeah, it's not fast, but I am doing it! Keep up the good work

I am no athlete but my RHR is about 49... Guess it has to do with my daily exercise over the last few months. :)

I use both as well. I have a cheapy digital food scale which works great... HRM I have the Garmin FR60 which I love... I can download my workouts to my computer and see a graph of my HR during my workout... love, love it!

I agree... I prefer these over any store bought chip now, nice and crunchy!

Tortilla chip substitute.... Tortilla chips! Yep, I take 3 La Favorita corn tortillas, cut them up into triangles, spray with olive oil pam and put under the broiler on high. Watch them closely as they will go from done to burnt quickly. Broil on the other side and ta-da... delicious!

I think we need to step it up just a little... how about 28 hrs? Anyone else have some ideas?
