I've also heard about people 'hiding' their veggies. Blend/food process them then add them to pasta, etc. I saw one program where the women said she'd blend up spinach, then freeze it into ice cube trays so she could just throw the cubes into stirfrys or whatever she was making.

Congratulations! I've started shopping at consignment stores and having my old clothes taken in. Since you've had your new clothes such a short time, you could try to consign them and see if you can make some of your money back.

You won't want to put it on while it's still raw, but I use duct tape on areas prone to blisters/rubbing. Works wonders!

If I ban it, I find I want it more! And then I'll over eat it when it does appear. I need to work things in in small amounts. I've started keeping the good ice cream at my brother's house. When I go over and walk his dogs every week or two, I have a few bites of the ice cream. It's not in my freezer, so it can't tempt me.

If I feel a headache during/after workout, I try to drink a litre of water. It usually goes away fairly quickly. I've never been much of a water-drinker. Never really liked it, so I really need to force myself to do it. Especially after a run.

I can't wake up either. I'm definitely not a morning person! Since I live in a basement suites, I find it really hard to wake up without sunlight in the morning. So I put a lamp on a timer so that it turns on in the morning. I find it really helps me to wake up.

I have an 8 week run-further program. And I have an 13 week run-faster program. The run further program tells you how far in run in a certain amount of time.
