  • Hi, I'm also doing low carb. I do so much better and feel more energetic and happier. For me this is a lifestyle choice not a weight-loss choice (although I gained a lot when i stopped eating low carb so I am in the weight-loss stage again, sigh) I wish you luck with this.
  • Hi, I love intermittent fasting too. You pick a period of 4 to 6 hours a day, the same period of time every day, and you eat your whole day's calories (whatever amount you would generally eat in a day) in that time period.
