  • I'm 5.2. I'm very small boned so ultimately I'd like to be around 50-52kg. I don't really mind being short but I hate that even when I'm a "normal" weight I'm still chubby! Even back when I actually was 50kg.
  • I usually crave chocolate or chips. At first it was really hard to stick with my diet since my roommates leave candy everywhere (three guys who never gain any weight...)! Now I can pretty much just ignore it but I do sneak a piece of candy once in a while.
  • Not from the UK but Loooooooove Christmas! Been obsessing over decorations and food for the past week, much to my roommates annoyance. I always have a rule not to listen to Christmas songs till the 1st of December though to keep it special.
  • This is hilarious because it's exactly what happened to me yesterday: "Hmmm, people sometimes say raisins are a healthy treat. better check the nutrition...Woah!!"
  • A little off topic but I had to double take when I read the word "Forskolin". Forskólinn means "the preschool" in Icelandic. :P
  • Same here! Just can't say no to beer, turkey and stuffing!
  • I'm always looking for more friends on here to motivate me. Looks like we have a similar goal in mind. I'm trying to lose 15kg (my first goal). Hope to hear from you! (also if anyone else wants to add me feel free to do so!)
  • Same thing happened to me theother day! Got a birthday present from my best friend (he's currently living in Japan). A shopping bag full of Japanese candy! Had to taste it!
  • 1. A job/money to stay in Japan after I finish studying. 2. To reach my goal weight. And it if can be anything: 3. A TARDIS
  • Was feeling super lazy, was going to meet some friends, have dinner and a few beers. didn't feel like working out at all, kept thinking "It's ok to miss one day!". Suddenly got a burst of inspiration, did my workout, got a salad instead of a burger when with my friends and bought low cal beer instread of my usual. Worked…
  • I confess that I'm so obsessed with Doctor Who that all my friends/ my boyfriend gave me Doctor Who toys/DVDs for my birthday. I confess that after my birthday I haven't watched a Doctor Who episode without having my sonic screwdriver with me. I confess that I just CAN'T give up beer (don't really want to anyway). I…
  • Learning a different language is always really helpful. Honestly I don't don't understand why it's not emphasized more in a lot of countries. In our school system it's a minimum of 3 languages learned. For me: Icelandic, english, danish and am studying Japanese in college at the moment. It's fun! classes really help you…
  • I'm in! My goal for the end of the summer is 60kg (132lbs.)
  • That's all good advice. Thanks! First class is on Monday then.
  • Thanks for the ideas! Knowing my country weights would be extremely overpriced so I'm going with water bottles of sand. Going out back on a undercover mission to take a bit from the preschool downstairs. :P
  • Just got the DVD today, thinking of starting tomorrow. I don't own any weights though, any ideas what I could use instead?
