A bit confused, I did a circuit training (cardio, strength training, and abs) but I don't think Fitbit picks it all up. Do I still log in MFP?

Google Salsa chicken crock pot. So delicious and easy to make. (1lb of chicken breasy, chopped carrots, celery, onions, diced tomato and salsa...I'm pretty sute im missing a few ingredients.) So yummy!

Hello. You can find A LOT of workouts on YouTube to follow. I have two younger children so a gym is out (the childcare costs add up more than the monthly cost). So I do lots of walking. You can usually find a decent scale through Groupon. Good luck!

I make it with ground turkey, zucchini, tomatoes, mushrooms and reduced fat cheese. It is absolutely delicious. I am having it this week.:happy:
