these shoes freak me out. I just can't imagine putting that much material between my toes and be comfortable. Don't you feel like your toes are stretched far apart? Maybe it's just me because I have really tiny toes, so these wouldn't fit me at all

restaurant salads are sometimes worse than real meals! It's crazy!

I did phentermine for 1 month. I lost 12lbs during that month without diet and exercise. I wasn't jittery and I felt great. I loved this stuff! BUT....after the month had ended and i got off of it, I gained all 12 lbs back within a few weeks and MORE! So look out!

When I do Zumba, my HRM says differently almost everyday! So I would recommend you get a HRM for it. But if you are wanting to go by MFP's standards, I'd log it in under dancing.

Yes, you need one with a chest strap to accurately calculate your calories burned. It gets a constant reading of your HR the whole time. If you get one without the chest strap, you will be so disappointed! It's very inaccurate because it only bases your burned calories on when you stop and touch the face of the watch. The…

make sure it was a FULL PANEL. most doctors only test for TSH. You need to have TSH, T4 and T3 tested. Get a copy of your lab results and make sure you are good!

I do not own a pair, but I've thought about buying them. I recently read some articles of them getting sued from hip and back injuries from wearing the shoes too much, so I've kind of been weary of them. They seem pretty overpriced for just some extra rubber on the bottom of the shoes.

Weights before cardio. Cardio will make you too tired to push and give it your all for weights. I do about 7-10 minutes of warmup cardio before I do weights. Just so my HR is up for the strength training. Then go back to your full cardio workout after you are done with weights.
