I love chicken thighs on the grill. I use all kinds of marinades and flavors. So juicy and delicious!

I’m scared too! I was just invited to an outdoor ‘trailblazers’ exercise class from my former aerobics instructor. I used to attend her classes daily a few years ago, before I got sick. Her classes were pretty hardcore and I’m a total beginner now! I want to join so badly and just go at my own pace. It’s 3 mornings a week…

Hello, I'm Erica I'm 38. I was diagnosed with RA 2 years ago after 2 years of being very ill, without a diagnosis. I'm currently taking Methotrexate and Enbrel and my disease is under good control with those two meds. Prior to my diagnosis, out of desperation, I tried the autoimmune protocol diet and I was gluten free and…

I encourage you to use a food scale, set to grams and weight everything that you eat and log every single bite. I would do this for at least 2 weeks (preferably a month, to allow hormonal fluctuations) then, if you don't see a change, you may need to adjust your calories down. I use calories and macros from the calculator…

Instead of logging your food into your diary as you go, you can enter it ahead of time. This will give you the oppurtunity to teak your meals and snacks, in order to use your calories and macros and achieve your goals. This allows me to arrange my day around certain meals. Typically my dinner is something special and I can…

@kajafls I took a "diet break" over the last couple months as well. I didn't weigh in, I didn't weigh my food or log or track. One good thing is, you've done it before and you can do it again!

I got mine a little over a year ago and fell in love! I bought 3 as gifts for family members for Christmas last year, but I know only one is getting used consistently. The other 2 are a bit intimidated... I use mine daily for my breakfast of soft cooked eggs. I use it all the time for rice, stock, soups, things potatoes,…

Seeing how far some of you have come with controlling your illnesses is very encouraging! I used to lift heavy and didn't think I ever could again but reading this gives me some hope.
