  • that's sometimes the case...same with me, i FEEL lighter and I can fit better into my clothes, but the scale takes a slower time to react to this change, mostly bc you're probably retaining either water weight or building muscle which weighs more than fat. either way, the inches are coming off :)

  • I've given up on Skittles...I was obsessed, and honestly still love them, but I think for a while, until I reach my weight goal at least, I won't be having them. Once I'm at my ideal weight and learn how to balance out healthy eating with 1-2 days a week of allowing myself some splurges, I'll be having them once again :)…
