I don't really get angry all the time (I call that emotion "hangry..." haha) but I do a really great job at justifying my bad choices and promising myself I will be better "tomorrow." I am at my heaviest weight ever and I am so mad at myself for getting back here.

I would love to give it a try! I don't know if I have 40 pounds to lose (well I DO, but don't know if that's realistic) but I would like to reach my goal weight by 2014!
