Well I did well a year ago until I separated my shoulder AC then gained my weight back, so now I'm starting over again so feel free to add me.. Herb

50 pounds would be perfect for me, I lost weight on here before so I need to do it again since I put it back on after I separated my left shoulder

I'm at 276.4 and want to get to 225 or in the 230's... I'm 55 and going to have a physical in a week so.... not looking forward to it... Herb

I lost weight using this and runkeeper for my walking until until i decided i wanted to go for a bicycle ride, then went over the handle bar and Seperated my left shoulder. Gained a lot of weight back on when i quit everything with the pain. So here I am again

Looks like they to put seat belts in the wagon, looking back I last posted in April, before that I was going good then I could add all the excuses possible but bottom line I got lazy and less disciplined in coming here and logging my food to keep me accountable.. Hey, the same today... I looked closely in the mirror this morning and said Wow, I've gain some of what I lost. Looks like I came back briefly in April. This time I weighed on the scale at work with clothes and sneakers on instead of at home so that added some weight but not all of it... Back at it starting today Herb

I had the rule that no dating until she was 16, now it's I like this guy then boom gone... So far so good nothing serious but she's giving me more gray hairs than her older sister :noway:

We made this last Thursday night and it was great! Even my picky 16 year old daughter liked it

I'm a goatee and mustache guy, weekends I do end up with some scruff though
