Yes, I have not had a period since March., been.tired, headaches and hot flashes, also suddenly gained 7 pounds.

That is a great idea. I'm on 1200 calories, just started. Would be great getting ideas for meals that fit in with the calories and that are nutritious and filling! Feel free to send a friend request, its always nice to have inspiration & motivation from others! :)
