Hi Never2EZ calorie intake is 1280 but am always slightly under or right on the dot. Eating plenty of protein, veg etc so am never really hungry, taking multivitamin in case I'm lacking in anything, drinking plenty of fluids........maybe because my weight loss is slow (around 400g a week) it is not always a weekly loss…
