From what I understand it is impossible to have muscle gains if you are eating at a calorie deficit. In order to build muscle you need to be eating at maintenance or slightly above so your muscles can use those extra calories to repair and grow!

I like to make my own frozen yogurt using fat free greek yogurt and a scoop of chocolate protein whey with a sweetener of choice. It helps with my sweet tooth and I only have a 1/2 cup scoop at the end of my day. On top you can always try out a Walden Farms calorie free chocolate or caramel syrup.

I find that drinking a lot of water (A LOT) and tea in the morning and sometimes at night helps with water retention and keeps my stomach looking flatter.
