Neither one is more accurate than the other. I weigh myself in the morning because that weight is lower and because I feel it is less likely to be impacted by differences in what I eat each day. The important thing, though, is to weigh yourself around the same time every day.

I gained 50 pounds my first year in college, lost it in the Army, and put it back on when I got out. Even though I'm a guy, I feel your frustration. You can add me as a friend if you'd like.

You can add me; I've been doing this for about 5 months and have lost a little over 50 lbs. I've gotten into using kettle bells, builds strength and endurance.
