  • Anything from beachbody!! I love them all. Little to no equipment and huge result if you follow them! And they have so many different types of workouts everyone can find one they love. You can look at them all under teambeachbody.com and go under the shop tab and then fitness programs. Hope that helps! :)
  • Yes! The zen labs one is the one I use too. I love that you can play music while it's going.
  • I have the iPhone and I use the C25K free app. It's free, obviously. and i love it! Does the whole 8 weeks... not sure what the ones you pay for have extra?
  • Get a HR monitor and then just punch in the whole workouts cals burned. It's way more accurate then MFP anyways!
  • No definitely not! You will probably just slow the weight loss down some that's all. On 1400 cals a day you should still keep losing though! What did you set your weight loss as? 1 or 2 pounds a week?
  • Polar is the way to go! The chest strap makes it really accurate but it's so comfy you can't even tell you are wearing it. I have the FT7 and LOVE it! It was $70.
