I do both and I lost 22 lbs in less than 9 weeks.

Damn 1200 might be a little low. I believe you can get a same results (10 pounds, 5 weeks) if you increase your calorie intake to 1600. Everybody is different. I lost 20 pounds in 8 weeks on a 1750 calorie intake. But again, everybody is different. Congrats on the weight lose!

Good morning Katy. Sounds like you are already a strong-willed person. The is your advantage. I would say continue to use food to face the issue, but change the game. Example....I want to feel better; therefore I eat a CUPCAKE. Instead of a cupcake, try an apple, orange or a carrot. Make your "issue into a strength". If…

Hello all. I am looking to lose 40 to 45 pounds. I started on August 20th (2013) and to date lost 18 pounds.
