My goals are to stay under my calorie count everyday and get at least 30 min of cardio in each day. Including the weekends. Normally I do a brisk walk, Mondays I do Zumba and Bellydance, Wednesdays I do Hula Hooping. (haven't for the past 3 weeks) lets hope I get there today!

Hi everyone, I'm December. My goal really is to be healthy again. Right now I have a 15 lb goal. I'm looking for 130 again at this point. Good luck everyone!
