To accurately count the calories you are eating you need to get a food scale. "1 chicken breast, medium apple, medium orange" are estimates and can be off by hundreds of calories within a week. Food scales are pretty inexpensive and will give you a much more accurate idea of what you are eating.

I had a guy pick me up from my house and while he was driving he kept taking shots out of his flask. I asked him if he wanted me to drive and he said "I don't let chicks drive my car". Awesome...I took a cab home!

I scanned through the other replies and I wanted to add one thing. Think about getting a food scale. Looking at your diary, its better to weigh out your cereal for breakfast, and the meat/cheese on your sandwich for lunch. I found I was overeating when I was using measuring cups or trying to "eyeball" it.

Hummus is a big one, 29 g is NOT 2 tablespoons. I love my food scale!
-
Yup this happens to me too everytime!!
-
Hahaha I grew up in #8. SO COLD!

Recently my boyfriend said "How much weight would you have to lose to look like Lisa?" (my best friend) UGH!
-
Are you 17? Judging from the question and your username...

I'm just starting to lift. I'm doing strong lifts, my gym offers 1 free personal training session so I showed the trainer what lifts I want to learn and he helped me learn the proper form. Or if you know someone that can help...it really is useful.

I measure my waist, being the smallest part of my body, then around my belly button and the largest part of my hips/butt.
-
I have 19 lbs to go. I'm just eating at a slight deficit and not worrying about it too much. Slow and steady...

I agree with everyone that says its just an excuse. Work out and eat like you normally would. Take some Advil if you have cramps. There is no reason to lay on the couch all week eating chocolate covered potato chips. (unless of course it fits in your calorie allowance for the day, then party on!)

Go to apps and select fitbit, it will sync with mfp automatically.

For me, I was on medication for years that decreased my appetite so I would eat whatever I wanted but didn't realize I was eating very small portions. When I went off the medication I kept on eating whatever I wanted but ate a whole lot more of it. I never learned portion control. Plus just a general not caring because I…

I usually don't tell people I'm trying to lose weight unless they ask. I hear all types of things, I just say thanks for the info and move on. I also make sure not to give out uninvited advice myself, even when someone is eating 700 calories a day and taking "green tea ketone junk".

I work at a desk all day as well and understand being tired/burnt out after work. I just don't give myself an option, I bring my gym clothes and dinner with me to work and I just go. At first it was tiring but now I look forward to it. You could wake up early and workout before if you are a morning person. Also I walk on…

Are you weighing and measuring all of your food? It looks like your food diary has missed quite a few days. Just make sure you are logging everything and weighing all of your food. Do that for a month and see where you are at.

Ok this is how I have mine set up... I went into settings on MFP and set my activity level to sedentary, MFP will tell you how many calories you would burn in a day with that activity level. Mine was 1910, I want to lose 1 lb a week so I took 500 from that number. (you might want to do .5 a week since you don't have much…

I use a fitbit and I love it. It really takes the guess work out of your TDEE. Try just going off the fitbit adjustment for a few weeks (not logging the exercise in MFP). It is much more accurate. MFP overestimates your calorie burn!
-
Also since you are eating back your exercise calories...you have your fitbit adjustment and then you are adding walking...that's double logging and giving you double the exercise calories.
-
I set my macro ratio to 40% carbs, 30% fat and 30% protein. I eat anywhere from 1500-2000 calories a day depending on my activity level.
-
If I'm really hungry (like today) I have a banana at 10 to hold me off until noon.
-
So in order for it to work you must eat at a calorie deficit....hmmm
-
Running, weighlifting, cycling. Really "fat burners" do not work, you have to burn the fat yourself! Just eat at a calorie deficit and don't waste your money!
-
I put it in my eggs, salads and sandwiches
-
Mine is open. *Warning* I'm not a "clean" eater.
-
MFP overestimates calorie burn. Also don't use "generic" or "homemade" chili unless you added that recipe. There is a huge margin of error there. ETA: a fitbit would be a great investment. I have one and it really has helped me figure out my TDEE!!

ipad (for reading), head phones, arm band for my phone, water bottle, towel, combination lock, extra socks/gym clothes, gym and for some reason a plastic fork?
-
I'd much rather smell perfume than body odor any day. Ugh!

Your body will choose where you lose the weight from. You can't spot reduce fat, just keep up with the calorie deficit and maybe start weight training.
