I drink a lot of water, 2 liters during the workday. So maybe 6-8 times a day?

I bought the vanilla flavor...and I've made one shake. Honestly the taste makes me gag! Maybe its just me, but I can't stand the stuff.

They have a bbq chicken chopped salad that is SO good. Also pretty much any of their pasta. And red velvet cheesecake to finish!

You have a lot of excuses as to why you cant lose weight and you think a magic pill will help you. Honestly good luck. Everyone has to start somewhere...You'll be back in a few months wondering why you are the same weight.

You only have 7 lbs to go? EAT MORE! Set your goal to .5 lbs a week so you can actually eat. Your lunch would make me so hangry. If you are miserable and have headaches you need to eat more!

Going to the bar will ALWAYS put me over on calories for the day. I just live with it.

Well first off 1200 calories is very low. Maybe figure out your TDEE and go from there. Like others have said add fat to your diet, avocados, olive oil and peanut butter are calorie dense and delicious! I eat a lot more calories than you, especially on days I workout. I make eggs scrambled with whatever vegetables I have on hand. If you don't like breakfast foods you can eat whatever you want in the morning. Have a sandwich or leftovers!

I have the same problem. 29 inch waist and 42 inch hips. Like another poster said thank god they sell swim suits separate now!

When I drink coffee I like flavored creamer too. To me the sugar/fat free is gross so I stick with the full flavor stuff. Honestly 100 calories total for a few cups of coffee is not bad. Maybe try putting a few grams less of creamer in your coffee everyday and you will get used to it.

I tried a few flavors, I'm not much of a sweets person so I wasn't a fan. As soon as they come out with quest protein potato chips I'm in!!

I think most successful people on this site have lost weight without "eating clean". I have lost eating the same kinds of food, just less. I make sure I don't go over my calories and that I'm getting the correct ratios of macros.

Yup! I record every day and don't freak out over small fluctuations! That's the trick to weighing in daily.

I eat fast food, I just make sure it fits my calories/macros for the day. If its something I really want I MAKE it fit my allowance for the day. Everything in moderation!

I have the force and I LOVE IT! It really motivates me to walk more! Plus I was grossly overestimating my TDEE when I don't go to the gym!

Avoid: Oily foods, yeasty foods, salt, sweets, and refined sugar Do detoxes and juice cleanses...well shoot at least I like bikram yoga! haha

During the weekdays my meals are pretty equal, during the weekends I typically have 1 large meal around 2 or 3.

I have optimum nutrition in milk chocolate and I like it! I've tried other brands and they made me gag (designer whey, body fortress)
