I leave enough calories to have a mini bag of popcorn at night. It helps me a lot!

I set everything out the night before. And put my alarm clock in the bathroom. I'm a light sleeper so I wake up and have to go turn it off! I found after a few weeks it got much much easier. ETA: I also go to bed around 9 or 9:30 on weekdays!

I make "sweet potato hash" -Peeled and shredded sweet potatoes: bake them at 350 for 20 min to get rid of the moisture -Fry them in a pan with ground turkey breakfast sausage and onion/garlic I usually make a bunch of it and then reheat it every morning and put a fried egg on top. Make sure you're eating enough. When I first joined MFP I did the whole 1200 calorie thing and I was exhausted all the time. Also green tea helps!!

I was the same way. Do they have personal trainers at the gym? I did a few sessions just so I can learn the equipment and get more comfortable. And like everyone else said...no one is going to be watching you. Good luck!

Hi there. I'm 23 and 5'8. I was in the same boat as you, not losing any weight for weeks. I switched to the calories calculated using TDEE and have lost 4 lbs in a month (which is great for me!) When I do eat out its a treat so I order what I want. I make sure to look the calories up afterward and log it. I order something that I cant make at home!

I typically eat 1/2 cup of blueberries, at least 1 banana and an apple everyday.
