OP: Thanks to everyone for your comments! I log all of my good and exercise in MyFitness Pal and the data appears in my iPhone Fitbit when I sync.

Sell your older Fitbit's on Craigslist, etc. so you can buy the one you want.

To see if your Fitbit is connected to your MyFitness Pal account, login to your account on the MyFitness Pal website. Click the APPS tab. I have MyFitnessPal connected to my Fibit One. Can someone please explain why I need to enter the start time of my cardio exercise, etc. into MyFitnessPal? Does the start time effect something else? Thanks.
