  • I just got the Alta. I went on eBay and bought a rose gold stainless steel band so it looks like I am wearing a nice bracelet. I moved up from the Flex and love the ease of use as well as all the info it gives!
  • Congratulations on climbing back on the wagon! I lost over fifty pounds TWO different times with Weight Watchers. Both times, I thought I would do whatever I wanted when I lost the weight. Of course, we all know how that turned out! :/ I then lost over sixty pounds on MFP. This time, I believed I would keep it off because…
  • You look fabulous. What you must try to tell yourself is that people you work with all day every day are used to seeing you the way that you were before. Because of this, they think that you are too skinny. With that said, they should not have said such comments to you, but they probably didn't realize how they came…
  • A year ago, I was popping out of size 18 pants. This week I went shopping for some slacks for work. I decided to try size eight and see if I could get them on. I got in the dressing room, took off my clothes and realized that one pair I picked up was a size six instead of an eight. Guess what?? They fit!
  • I hope that a post like this will keep me motivated to keep this weight off for good!
  • Thanks!
  • I did the beginner challenge and am nearly finished with the get in shape challenge. I am struggling a little and may end up doing that challenge over before moving to the ninety day challenge. I am not going to measure again for a couple if weeks but my pants are getting bigger around the waist. I love love love Coach…
  • Went to the blood drive and one lady mentioned giving doubles. The other lady looked at me and said that I did not look like I weighed enough!
  • Www.hasfit.com is AWESOME and FREE!
  • I am SO scared because I am about 14 pounds from maintenance! This is also the third time for me. I am not stressing about losing those last pounds, but I am really stressing about keeping this weight off for good! I am so nervous and worried about it. There are some good ideas along with motivation and support on this…
  • Best one ever for me happened yesterday. I was folding laundry and came to this "little"pair of jeans. Thinking they were my daughter's jeans, I placed them on her bed so she would find them. Later that evening I was dressing to go out and could not find my new jeans. I finally realized that the jeans on her bed were…
  • Go to the before and after pics. You will be amazed! You can do it if your heart and your head are in the right way for really doing this.
  • This also happened to me a few months ago. A few minutes after midnight I got really upset and ran to the computer to log my food because I had forgotten. A few weeks later, I emailed MFP and they reset my counter. I am at 180 days, but is that "cheating"?
  • I am glad that you had a motivational conversation. Who knows, maybe you have made a new friend! Keep up the good work!
  • I never really thought about it until I read this, but I also liked feeling stuffed. Wow......,
  • I would say not to stay fixated on food. Try to stay busy and think about something else. This is. Y third time at major weight loss and this really seems to be helping me this time, remember that it is a lifestyle change and not a diet. Good luck!
  • A really good visual is to go to the store and look at the bags of dog food to see how much you have lost.
  • Another newbie here. Just started (back) almost a week ago. I used the MyPlate from Livestrong until today. I just thought that 984 calories per day was not enough and already realize that it will make me quit. Today I moved my last week of eating, etc. to MFP and already feel better about what up I am dong with 1200…
