I love hip hop abs!! I enjoy dancing so Zumba is fun for me too. I would say you should consider it. I got my hip hop abs for 30 but I bet you could find a better deal on line. Aqua Fit sounds fun I think I might look into that!

I agree with the post above. You are netting really low. Now I believe every once and awhile won't hurt you but you body does need at least 1200 to function. I know this might sound stupid but try to think of this as a lifestyle change and not a diet. It helps to keep you on it. not something you can give up if it is just the way you are.
