I got Zumba DVD's. There is one in the set that is only 20 mins. So if i am tight on time or just need a little pick me up I do that one and honestly I can burn like 400 calories with it. Great work outs!!

I don't eat my calories back. This works for me because if I eat more than I should that day its ok and it all evens out. I lost 25 pounds doing that before I got prego lol. Now I have to work off that baby fat and I am doing the same thing and have lost 3 pounds thus far.

Hey I always weigh in every 2 weeks. I still weigh in every day for my personal motivation but 2 weeks is good for me. Let the scale going up or down as motivation to keep it up! Thats what it does for me lol.

You will hear a lot of people say whey protein will help and I think it really helps. I try to eat slower when I feel those kind of days going on or take a small walk after you eat. I usually go 3 to 4 days just because that is what I can do with my schedule. On the days that I don' i ry to do something a litle less intense like walking my dog. I would stay with what you are doing now. In the long run you will stay health and are much more likely to keep the wight off. The quick fix is just that a quick fix. You might get to your goal before anyone else but you will also gain it right back.

You can do this!!!! I understand the whole reaching for food when i am bored. I do it all the time and didn't even realize it till I had to start tracking it all lol. This site is amazing with all the support everyone gives you! Just stick with it and you will lose all that weight!!!
