  • Just starting. Resolution for August is to get walking, up to 2 miles a day by the end of the month. I hit 60 next month!
  • Just started today, after being very inactive for the last couple of months due to the heat waves. Biked for over an hour, then walked home after dinner, about 15 minutes/ 1.5 km. I'm icing my knees at the moment, and will take it a little easier for a while til I work up to that level of regular activity!
  • You don't mention your height. If you are very short, you could end up with some sagging skin. But age is on your side, and you will likely be able to adsorb it with exercise. Way to go!
