Years ago I had a terrible sweet tooth, and the same problem. I have a granny smith apple(They're the green ones) is my late night snack!. It's crunchy, and tart/sweet and only 80 calories and plenty of fiber.

Bloating, water weight. It happens to all of us. I had a mean a few days ago, high in sodium and I'm paying for it for four days. Humidity does it to me sometimes. As long as your following your diet and your noticing a change I wouldn't worry to much about it.

All of them are baseline. If I really put how long it takes me to do sit ups everyday, IT would be an outragous number. So I cut it by 65% or so. It's just a good guidline. Everyones body is different.

Your body is doing something NEW, it's going on a diet and it's not used to lower calorie intake. This is where determination comes in, do you want to lose weight? Then if you do your going to have to work through it. Don't give into temptation. If you can't stand it, eat some crushed ice! That's what I did.
