Aww thanks, were getting married out doors and have a very talented guitarist friend who is doing all of or ceremony music! As for my iron intake, looks to be ok on a whole, not even including the multi vitamines. Im hoping it is just stress.

I joined on March 16th of this year and have lost 36 pounds so far! Ive found over the last few weeks with work being busy and my wedding comming up in 3 weeks, Ive been a walking zombie! Im getting to bed earlier than normal, trying to work out 4 to 5 times a week still, and sticking to my diet plan... but boy am I exhausted when I get up! Anyone experienced this? How do I wake up? lol…

Absolutely....water is your friend, if you feel hungry after dinner pound back a few cups of water and you might be surprised. I struggle this way daily as well, just remember your goal and know it will all be worth it in the end.
