I've been going to Weight Watchers and am looking for a friend who is combining MFP with WW. The meetings and weigh in help me to say on track.

Broccoli beef is about the best, lemon chicken is also pretty good and vegetable chow mien. Stay away from the fried rice or noodles.

Well I qualify as old enough. My daughters got me started on this so we could support each other. I'm new to MFP and haven't really learned my way around yet, but I'm willing.

Take vitamin B-12 for energy and bring along fruit to snack on. When you find your self getting sleepy eating an apple seems to help the most for me. Some one else said sunflower seeds that should help, and the pulling over in a rest stop and closing your eyes for a 1/2 hour helps a lot. I used to have to do that…
