I love Shakeology. On the days I drink it, I feel better both mentally and physically AND I don't crave sugar! I even freeze some to make fudge-sicle treats in the evenings sometimes.

One thing to consider is also that your stomach muscles were stretched when you were pregnant. Do a LOT of core strengthening work for all of the abdominal muscles (not just sit-ups!) -- helps tone those core muscles and your inner "girdle."
