Hi, I think there are a few teething problems between Fitbit and MFP. I don't know how you do it, but I enter all my foods into MFP. When I do any training I simply press the button on the Fitbit for two seconds until the stopwatch starts. When I finish training I press the button again until the "STOP" and a flag appears.…

I find I'm eating more often since I've been on MFP. I think this has helped as it keeps your metabolism going and stops your body going into starvation mode. The difficult part is balancing all the different food groups on a day to day basis. But having the app on my phone makes this easier. I'm sticking to 1200 calories…
