the only thing that i am taking from advocare is the mass impact which is creatine and muscle gain which is protein. Most people that lift take at least one of those two supplements

im 33 years old male and when i started working out with advocare i weighed 190lbs. Now i weigh 205lbs with using advocare mass impact, and muscle gain protein. i cant even explain how many compliments i got. the stuff does work wonders and it is peice of mind knowing it is safe. From expeirince i know the stuff works.

is more program good? its a 4 week program and consists of sets anywere from 5x5 to 3x8,3x15,5x8. its all different and i work each muscle group each day.

my workout consists of 5x5 on lifts like bench,military and stuff like that. When i do my arms it has sets that vary from 5x5 to 3x8. does anybody have any suggestions on bulking up with diets and workouts? My tdee is 2814. should i stay around eating like 3000-3500 calories a day? I am 33 and wokout 5 days a week with heavy lifting. I have a desk job so i dont get much activity during the day
