Awesome! I have bananas in the freezer just begging for a new recipe! Silly question...approximately how many bananas is 265g??

Thank you JoRocka, you make some excellent points! It IS completely a self conscious hangup that I need to get over. I have my notes with me at home...I have Sagi in front of me on the DVD telling me to check my form. I worry I'll get to the gym and go blank, even with my notes. Totally dumb, I know. But I also know that…

Love it!! I'm close to outgrowing my weights at home and have a HUGE fear of lifting among the big bad boys!

I'm in with most of the above answers. I lost still drinking, but just in moderation. Just keep room in your calories/macros for it, and stay away from things like mudslides, margaritas, drinks with juice, etc. I do like the skinny girl wines that are 100 cal for 5 oz I think, BUT, once I really started looking into it,…

I love the title!!! AMAZING Work!! :drinker:

I'm in with this...I did Insanity first and it was a GREAT workout, but T25 is more of a long term "sticking with it" thing in my opinion. Insanity doesn't require any other equipment which is nice, but you can buy T25 with the bands or you only need 1-2 sets of dumbbells once you get into Beta, so it's really not like you…

I do have her #20 on hold...just came out in November, so might be a while, but yes, although they're all alike, they are easy and quick reads and who DOESN'T want to dream about Ranger????
-
Ahhhh, I love to read, but it does go in cycles...currently finishing up Harlen Coben, No Second Chance. I can't wait to sift through these later to look for my next good read!

In short, yes. I belong to a private group of women who lift heavy with body beast, and in the group are a few women who were in your position prior to heavy lifting and getting their TDEE's and calories properly in line. They look awesome now and are no longer skinny and scrawny, but healthy and fit. Good luck to you!!!

I lost my first 40 lbs in about 5 months. I did weight watchers points plus and worked out about 3-4 days maximum. WW helped me a lot because it taught me how to portion control and make smarter choices, but now having found MFP, I wouldn't go back for anything  On good weeks, I lost 2-3 lbs...worst of weeks it was…

Love your little story and collage of pictures! Amazing work girl!!!

As a vegetarian for over 20 years, I can tell you staying low carb becomes very limiting and sounds like you're doing a great job so far. I don't know if you're trying to stay away from soy also, but I find that the morning star products help me get in some extra protein for my dinners. I try not to eat a ton of them, but…

tagging...sound AWESOME

Mike, I LOVE Body Beast! I finished Round one December 14th, and am loving the definition and strength gains I have gotten. I did it first with doubles on T25, and I continued to lose inches and reshape my body throughout. The videos are fairly quick (30-45 min), not a lot of extra equipment needed and most definitely…
-
This sounds AWESOME!! Do you like the Yves ground round better than the morningstar?
-
Feel free to add me. I try to be as active as I can. I have been "testing" a few of them out, but officially start tomorrow with a Body Beast Hybrid/Double schedule!
-
Great job!!! So many people who think about doing insanity need to see this and realize how little of a story the scale really shows!!! Those are FANTASTIC results!! Keep it up! :drinker:
-
Wow wow wow wow wow.....I'm jaw dropped amazed! You are SO AWESOME!!!
-
Starting to look like you're screwed, but I LOVE this idea!! You go girl!!!
-
I love it!!! Fantastic job!!! You must feel amazing, 'cause you sure look it! :drinker:
-
Congrats OP!!! Yes, the DETAILS!! :flowerforyou: I love that some guys can actually be romantic and really care about special moments!!
-
My hair dresser taught me the same. I only rinse and condition every other day, sometimes two days in a row.
-
Agreed with Kelag297...I did it right after 1 round of insanity and although easier, it's still by no definition easy. At first, because I was so used to the crazy sweating from an hr long insanity workout I didn't get the same satisfaction; but months later, I find it much more enjoyable because of the quickness, and I…

My MFP crushes are almost all chicks that have rockin' bodies...every now and then though, I'll admit there's a guy that pops up that I find intriguing :blushing:
-
Absolutely. I've seen it over and over again...people who never thought they'd have muscles and abs and by every definition were "obese" before. I completely agree with the above person who said it's the mental part some have trouble with.

I pack every single day and it's always the same things, but keeps me on track. We don't have a microwave, so it's pretty basic. Also, I only spend about $25-$35/week on groceries for my end of the food, so it's pretty inexpensive. Snack - protein drink mixed in water and light string cheese Lunch - lettuce, tomato and 2%…

Crazy Aunt got me lock and lock storage containers. Weird. Not like small ones I can use in the kitchen and fridge...odd larger size ones.
-
This sounds very close to what I've been trying out the last 4 days...I'm doing a 10 day plan. Let you know how it turns out :drinker:

You. Are. Awesome.

OP, all I have to say is that I feel your pain and wish you the best in whichever direction you go! I am in a very similar situation and although ours has only been a year, not 6, ultimately only YOU can decide what you can deal with forever and what you can't. As it's been said by many, you wont change the true person he…
