I have the flex and love it. It does not display your steps but it does have five little lights and when you tap it you can see how far a long you are in your goal. I love it because I just never take it off and don't have to remember to bring it with me. I take it off to charge it once every 5 days and clean the band…

In 3 months end of October I would like to be 168 or lighter and in one year I would like to be a size 8 or 135 goal weight. Im working hard every day and I appreciate the opportunity to envision my goals.

I can see a difference. I have to say 23lbs is nothing to scoff at...it take commitment to lose that weight. Keep up the good work your worth it!
