You're not alone and I have many friends on here who are the same. Sometimes I feel like the people who on here who boast about eating whatever they want are trying to make me feel bad. I know it's probably just me but yeah...I get you. We're okay too!

If it's 0%, it doesn't work that well. You have to keep mixing it. If it has a bit of fat it works better

But I mean...is your wrist straight or bent? When I think of keeping the bar "ON" my palm, that might lead me to a bent wrist. I just wouldn't use that cue but curious.

By the color of my pee. It's almost always extremely pale yellow, almost clear (unless I'm eating nutritional yeast by the pound). If it's a little dark I try to drink more.

I only use a variety of hot sauces. Rather save my calories for ice cream. And hot sauce rocks.

Do you bench with bent wrists? I could see how that would lead to not just wrist pain, but forearm pain as well.

I just went for it. To me it was harder to resign to being fat and unfit than it was to suck it up and put myself out there. And no one really cares what you look like.

Your body is in transition. If you have a lot more weight to lose, then you have a decent amount of fat still. If you're close to goal weight/within a healthy weight range, you need to work on body composition.

I have goals set. When I'm losing weight I have mini loss goals, but I need fitness and body composition goals as well. Sometimes it's a cut, bulk, power lifting meet prep, programming to be able to do a pull-up, PRs, booty gains, etc. Right now there aren't any powerlifting meets available near me, so I scheduled a mock…

I don't have a workout partner, but I have gym friends. We are all serious about training, and if it's Friday night at 8:00pm I'm so glad they're all there. All these peeps on MFP are good at moderation apparently. I pretty much can't bring most calorie dense, fatty, high carb foods into the house. I'll indulge at a nice restaurant, or with freshly baked goods/a nice bakery. I'll get something with peanut butter out for dessert, but for the most part-I eat things that are low…

Nice will power. Maybe after awhile of consistent logging you can find ways to save a few calories for ice cream. I personally need it every night so am willing to go with low calorie ice cream.

Don't apologize. I mean, it doesn't make sense but I was curious on your thinking lol. Those girls might not be bulky by other's standards. Also, training for basketball involves more than jumping, and playing basketball for that matter.

Once per month. And I'd use your morning waist measurement, after you use the restroom. If you lift weights, I would measure before you lift as well.

No. You look fantastic. That is completely up to you whether you want to bring it down to 135 or not. Either weight is healthy. One might look better than the other but who knows?

First, I'm sure you look smaller. Second, my skin still gets melty and floppy looking when I try to lose weight. Don't sweat it.

My fitness/weight loss goals have gotten obsessive. They put a strain on my relationship because of that, and because I changed during the course of it all. Let her know you appreciate her. Make sure you are spending quality time together that isn't clouded by you focusing so much on your diet and fitness.

I don't do crunches or any ab work in a deficit. Seems pointless. The only time I did them was when I was bulking and trying to add muscle. Even then, didn't do much heh.

Yes. But I'd just log what the serving size/package says and remember what an amazing thing nuts are.
