I don't weigh often because I am psychotic. Even with a trend weight app.

I use chalk, right in front of a sign that says "chalk use is prohibited". I eat a protein bar between sets sometimes.

Yep. I ran a bulk last winter and was pissed that not only do I gain weight on as little as 2000 calories, I was STILL hungry. FML

I eat them every night. I use the macaroni ones and literally eat mac n' cheese every night with laughing cow cheese, nutritional yeast, and a protein. I'm weird. But it just tastes so good. And I eat two bags....

Love my weight room buds. I spend so much time in the gym and work...I rarely get to hang with friends. I like having people around to chat with about programming. And for moral support...especially on Friday nights.

I'd walk, yeah. It makes me feel better. The only time I skip a workout is if I feel like I have a cyst that's burst after ovulation.

Between sets, and you're not a weird, and/or super hot...talk away. Mid lift or prior...go away.

I'm 5'4" with similar stats, though I'm a little bigger now at 140. I have been as low as 128 and don't think I look lean unless I'm under 135. I have a decent amount of muscle as well. Still, weight training helps.

Yeah. I don't usually jump on the metabolic damage train but I'd say you probably have some of that going on. Reverse diet

Try not doing crunches. They're pretty much pointless.

I'm 5'4" and had a pretty flat stomach in the 120s. No ab work for me though. ETA: I'm 140 again. I have a little round belly but it's not too bad.

If you like spicy, use hot sauce as salad dressing. I eat a salad with a whole box of greens, a couple tomatos, a meat, some laughing cow cheese, and hot sauce every day. The volume is HUGE and they are all about 250-300 calories.

I don't get rhubarb pie. It's like one of the only desserts I'd rather not eat. Maybe tiramisu as well.

I think it's just called "Kernels" brand. I don't know. I saw it in my friend's closet the other day and started freaking out and she GAVE it to me. The first two times I used it I had like an allergic reaction because I ate so much. My mouth was confused.

I just ate a tomato with salt and vinegar popcorn seasoning on it. Just pick up a vegetable and put it in your mouth.

Gah! My roommate just bought one of those toilet bowl thingies that keeps the water blue. I want to tell her to stop using them because I like to look at my pee but we are not friends or close and I think she will think I'm insane.

I haven't cut out sugar but when I eat high carb/sugar I get all puffed up and I get a bit of a painful physical reaction. Still, I don't have to cut it out completely to feel fine. As long as my diet is balanced and I stick to the .8-1g per pound of body weight in protein, .35 in fat, and fill in the rest with carbs...all…

I don't ban foods. Monday-Friday though? Yeah, I'm pretty strict. And my cupboard is pretty bare. I prefer it because I will eat a slice of cake the size of my face when I want as well. It's just not on the reg.
