There's nothing wrong with them but the only one I'd personally eat is the tuna. The rest don't fit into my macros/calories/satiety nicely. Also, any food can be healthy within the context of a balanced diet.

Nope. It's fine.. I used to be afraid of it too but there's really nothing wrong with it. And I'm healthier now drinking a bit of diet soda than I was when I was obese :)

I work 6:30am-5pm, then train and get home around 8pm. I just...drink coffee, eat a crap ton of vegetables, lean protein, pre-log when I can. Whatever. I feel you OP. I know there's nothing wrong with fat but I don't waste my fat calories on butter. I prefer to spread it out throughout the day and eat avocado and ice cream.

Yes. None of my MFP friends know this. I guess if they see this thread...the cat's out of the bag. I went cold turkey on June 5th. My weight has fluctuated but it's been do to extreme stress. Nothing to do with quitting smoking.

Don't think I've seen it. While I'm here: I'm not afraid of sweeteners. I drink a crap ton of diet soda I do believe you can get "hooked" on it. Like...I would get nervous knowing I might have to get through the day without a couple.

Lift while you lose weight so your legs look nice. I have big thighs. Fat thighs. I've had them all my life. Even at my smallest, those puppies were fatty.

No. I've never had a loved one try to sabotage my goals, especially when it comes to health. If they did I'd tell them to back off and move out the way.

lolz. The only thing I know about B12 is that when I eat too much nutritional yeast I get a way high dose and my pee is like neon.

Yep. Though there could be muscle included in measurement increases. The mirror will really tell you if you're fat lol.

Yep. I had a BLAST in the gym while I was bulking. Then when it was time to cut I felt like...what's the point of this squat? What's the point of accessory work now? Snooze.

Ditto. Or I eat some tomatoes and do way less damage than I would have with chips or oreos. There is not really a single easily accessible snack in my apartment. Ever.

I had trouble getting back into a deficit after my bulk. My TDEE is only 1800 and I went the aggressive route as well. The goal was to hit 1200 for two weeks, take a break, go back. ETC. Anyway, I ended up stretching the 1200-1300 calories out longer than two weeks and just failed. It sucks. Especially when you're picking…

You won't find me in one of those contraptions but if you need to get your heart rate up/burn some calories, and that's what you want to do...why not? It's better than nothing.

I don't hand out candy because I live on a shady street in Brooklyn...but if I did, I'd just give them candy corn. That stuff is nasty. I'm an elementary school teacher and for some reason my kids love those Welch's fruit snacks. You could try that. Or tootsie rolls and crap.

Getting lean enough to bulk, bulking, and then not having the drive to actually cut. So now I'm just kinda chunky again. I long for that moment I was really tiny before the bulk. But I'm much stronger so there's that.

Yeah. I save my dinner until 7:30. I eat something low calorie and high volume, then have anotIher high volume dessert around 9. I used to have two desserts but I have to go to sleep earlier now. I'm lightly active, 5'4", about 140. I eat between 1300-1500 during the week. I lift heavy 4x per week. It's enough. It's not fun nor do I love it. I do get to eat more on the weekends but yeah, 1300-1500 are my weight loss calories.

Congrats on your loss. If you're in a deficit, the scale won't really go up. Maybe for a week while you retain water. For the most part, the trend will be downward. Lifting in maintenance, it still shouldn't go up. You might get little swings if you retain a lot of water after a workout again. The only time I've ever seen…
