make sure when you caluculate your calories you don't eat below your BMR and also take into consideration Cals burned from Daily ecercise..After awhile, not eating enough can result in a plateu..JMO =) keep up the good work..

just want to say that I feel and totally understand you...continue on your fitness journey medication or not ...although i never was fully put on meds, I can say that exercising, changing my eating habits as well as trying certain natural supplements, I was able to avoid taking the medication..but my heart goes out to you…
