Ha! I do this sort of. I 'flail' my arms and do some punches when I run. My arms start to cramp/throb in my collarbone area, I'm guessing from tightening my shoulders too much when I run, so the random arm movements help loosen them. I'm sure they help get your heart-rate up a bit too!

I did have this happen. A while ago,( Actually April 1st according to my diary) I had a McDonald's Filet-O-Fish. I remember trying to coach a softball game but being having the worst stomach pains I've experienced since gallstones. Yikes.

Lots of things could contribute to the 6 lbs. Most of them point to water weight. Is it close to your TOM? Did you intake a ton of sodium? Don't worry it will come off, up your water intake, lower your sodium.

I weigh-in everyday, for the sake of me studying the numbers and relationships between, micronutrients, water, calorie intake and burn. However for weight comparison, I 'count' every Sunday. I would have thought that my skin would've cleared up a lot with my eating habits, but it was the reverse actually. I use to have pretty clear skin. Now I look like a pre-teen! I attribute it to all the sweating from exercise. I've been trying to wash my face immediately after a run or workout, to see if that helps.
