@gyp5012 No real eating plan! I just try to stay in my calorie range!
-
I do Crossfit every day M-F. We have a barbell/OLY Lift focus the first half of the class and then we usually do a meta conditioning portion the second half!
-
A-MEN! I go at 5:30 am every morning. You wouldn't have caught me dead doing that a year ago. But, it seriously is the part of my day when I can focus on ME instead of being a mom, wife, or teacher. I love it!

Hey all I'm entering month 6 and still going strong! I have officially laid off my scale as my goal measuring stick. This month has solidified that for me. I have gained 6 lbs in the past month, but my clothes are even looser and I feel even better! I notice a slight difference between May and June. Keep lifting! Strong is…

No problem! You can do it!

Update: Another month, more lifting. I passed my goal weight and immediately said to myself, "Now what?"...I wasn't done. I didn't feel, done. I'm now working on gaining strength and focusing on gaining muscle mass. I'll probably still keep a close eye on the scale, but the numbers aren't motivating my goals. (Easier said…

I do crossfit!

Awesome progress! Great definition in 2weeks! Crossfit has seriously changed my outlook on "working" out. I started it 4 months ago and I love it!

You look amazing!

Thank you so much!

Definitely don't wait! The people are the best part! I'm on vacation this week and trying to workout by myself and it's waaaaay less fun.
-
An hour or less. Usually around 45 min. Some days (weekends) I'll do some trail walking or take the kids/dogs for a walk that would be much longer.
-
Wow, you can totally tell a difference!
-
I'm right there with you. I still do enjoy some cardio, but I get so excited to lift!

I have MFP set at .5lb loss a week. I do eat back my exercise calories on days when I'm hungry and less when I'm not. Since Jan I have been doing CrossFit. At first I could barely do a sit-up or a knee push-up! However, everything is scaled and slowly I have been improving! We have a barbell club at my box that focuses…

You look AMAZING!

Thank you! I do CrossFit. I know a lot of people have varying opinions on it, but I went in with an open mind and I love it. I could barely do a pushup on my knees when I first started and now I can do several in a row. The only downside is I have to wake up at 5 am every morning to get my workout in. It's the only time…

Yes. Lifting and 12-15 min of cardiovascular, 5 days a week and then easy long cardio on the weekends. I also have been using MFP to make sure I'm getting enough protein and calories.

I had my second child in July of '15. I thought I had done much better "watching" my weight when I was pregnant, but I still gained 40 lbs. :# Finally, in January I decided to do something for myself and signed up at our local CrossFit gym. I just want to be stronger, mentally and physically. Three months in and I feel I…

Holy hell, great work! You look amazing.

Way to go! You can definitely tell a difference!

Yes, this. But, now thanks to you all and after taking some suggestions to get it from different food sources, I've been averaging around 100-110g. I actually didn't even need the powder. Funny thing is, I actually started searching info on too much protein...Lol.
-
I'm honestly not sure. I suppose I was struggling all around to make the protein a priority. Which you made me reevaluate some of my protein sources like almonds, PB...ect. I do usually eat tuna 2x a week, but will incorporate that more. I also got some Fair Life Chocolate Milk which has 15g of protein per serving. Thank…

Thank you both for your responses! I can definitely spare ~300 calories by replacing some of my "snacks" with the protein powder. Yep, so far 2 months! I'm definitely committed and fairly lucky genetically that my body respond's well to change. I'll definitely try out the water trick. I'm not a huge fan of cow's milk…

I avg around 60g daily.
-
Shoot, I forgot to put that I also eat mostly chicken and fish (especially during Lent). I'll check out the powder you suggested! Thanks!

Inspiring! Way to go!

Yay! Shorties! I'm 5'1" (with shoes :p ) SW 140 CW 126 (Mini)GW 125 The lowest I've ever been in my adult life was 120lbs about 6 years ago. I felt pretty good there. But, I'm currently trying to cut down my body fat % so that I can start gaining muscle this coming fall. So I'm not sure how low I'm going to go...

Thank you! Awesome job @Gimsteinn ! Good luck on Monday! You can do it.
